Registration Information for New Immaculate Conception Families
Our registration process is outlined below.1. Registration is on a space available basis with priority given to:
2. Fill out the online registration and send a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your child's space in the classroom. 3. Fill out the record release form so that we are able to request a copy of your child's records from his/her current school as these records, in the areas of academics and citizenship, are necessary for a final registration decision. 4. Bring to school current immunization record, birth certificate and baptismal certificate. 5. Set an appointment for parent/child interview with the principal. This is recommended for all grades, but necessary for students transferring to grades 5-8. A test in language arts and/or math may be used to determine placement for students requesting admissions to grades 3-8. Please complete step two as soon as possible to enable classroom space to be held. Once all information has been gathered, you will be notified of your official acceptance. If there is a problem that would cause us to delay your admittance this year, your full deposit will be refunded.
